About me

I have advised private individuals and corporate clients on complex matters involving multiple jurisdictions, which gave me a strong understanding of the legal and practical considerations that arise when documents, transactions and corporate arrangements need to take effect across borders.

My professional background is principally in international corporate and commercial law. I have advised on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate restructurings, international holding structures and a wide range of commercial arrangements. My experience includes drafting and negotiating share purchase, subscription, shareholders’, framework, option and escrow agreements, as well as preparing board minutes, shareholder resolutions and other corporate documentation required in connection with international business activities.

This international experience is particularly valuable in my notarial practice, where it is important to understand not only the document being notarised, but also its intended purpose and the requirements of the country in which it will ultimately be used.

My academic and professional background has given me particular experience in international commercial matters and complements the cross-border nature of my notarial work.

My approach is to understand at the outset what the document is intended to achieve and where it will be used, so that I can identify the appropriate notarial, legalisation and authentication requirements and guide clients through the process as efficiently as possible.
